PRIVACY POLICY
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information.

CANCELLATION, REFUND & MAKE UP POLICY

Private Training Bookings:
A $50 non-refundable deposit is due upon booking with the balance due at the completion of the first lesson.

All pre-paid lesson packages are non-refundable. If for some reason you are not happy with our training techniques, all monies will be refunded (with the exception of the fee for the first lesson), providing you tell us immediately after the first lesson. In this case, your lesson will be considered a Behavior Assessment and billed as such.

48 hours notice is required for all cancellations.

Boarding: (Also applicable for Board & Train clients)
50% non-refundable deposit is due upon booking with the balance due upon checkout. It is the responsibility of the dog owner to follow up on the training through the private lessons provided, which are included with the program. No refunds or credits are available for completed Board & Train programs or for regular boarding clients.

All Board & Train dogs receive a 15 minute follow up lesson per week of Board & Train upon pickup. Further follow up training is at the owners expense.

Group Classes:
$50 deposit is required for all booked classes and the balance is due the first night of class. Make up classes are not offered.

Balanced Canine Boarding & Training Facility cannot offer refunds or make up classes.
